The application of mineral powder foundation wet?
So I bought some foundation mineral powder and I heard that if you wet appl YIT little more coverage. So how is it used? Should I use my Laura Mercier Foundation Primer, spray the face with a little water, then apply my mineral powder? Or do differently? Thank you! 
I worked with mineral dust over 3 years and do not suggest not mixed with water to apply ... mixed with water usually alters the appearance of mineral powders to give. but if you want to try and mix it with something, I suggest a moisturizer. at least with a moisturizer that has more emulsifiers that help to maintain the look and color helps to spread best. and when it dries, it will not flake or dry the skin. The best way I can recommend is you use your first primer on the face and mix a drop of moisturizer [light weight or average] and color, or on top of their construction and minerals on top of your hand and apply brush Foundation [* recommended] or fingers. transforming it into a liquid form may want to always use a translucent powder bulk set makeup.
